You have done real well with the old girl Tom. I have to dig up farmer Andy's email and send him the picture.

Fuel lines and tires

Broke down and got some new tires, 285 BF KM2s very nice.

I also test fit the fuel lines, it looks like it will be close over one of the cross members?

I'm having a bitch of a time snaking the loom through the frame, contemplated running them outside the frame, but I'm going to try again tomorrow.

Its going to be tight if I get the snake through and was wondering if cutting off the plugs was a terrible idea?

Tom, search the forum, but others who have done this have described the technique they used. I think you want to get it inside the frame if at all possible.

Coming together nicely

I picked up a set of grayish/black flares, look nice on the blue. Brand new from some company in the Uk.

Its back in the shop where the kids really love to work on it, so a lot is getting done.
Seat box is in and will be painted black, I was going to have it sandblasted but it appears to have been galvanized so I don't want to take the galvy off. I'm hoping to cover it with a Wright mat anyway.

The bulkhead needed to come back a bit, looks like it will need 2 or 3 spacers.

Boosts are powder coated black and the KM2's will go on tomorrow.

Tom, the battery box is galvanized (I did not want to let you take the seat box for this reason lol), but the outside is aluminum as they all are so you can blast it with soda (careful sandblasting aluminum as it can warp or pot mark).

One more thing, take out the big bulkhead bolts and slather them in antisieze so they don't rust in the frame holes. You will thank me later.

I need to get myself a shop class! Is there summer school?

Got a wheel on.

Wheels are powder coated, a little shinier than I had hoped.

Currently a 2.5 TD so it's an easy 200tdi swap.

Late Model 110 crew cab is just about done.

So far I have the boosts, and the LHD windshield wipers. (pics to come)
Need a 200tdi and LHD parts? Anyone?
i'd like some LHD dash parts if they can be shippd to the UK??

got a 110 rolling chassis here, approx 89 i think, plus load of other bits if you need anything.

The td5 double cab shell looks in great condition!
