I installed the app on my BB and found the forum fine...I can see the forum categories and can drill in to see the threads but when I try to open a thread I get the following error

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Unexpected end of file.

anyone else have this problem? anyone know how to fix it?

no, the error is pretty immediate. I tried logging back in to BerryBlab to see if it would make a difference if I registered but nothing...do I have to pay for the full version? I am trying the old pull the battery and see if it fixes itself trick!

I would say go visit the developers website linked above and check the questions/FAQ section for that error. I seem to remember that type being mentioned.

When in doubt restart your BB

If that fixed it, cool. If not post back and I can email them. I just looked and they didnt have anything in their FAQ for that problem.

As an after thought, do you guys want that sign off line "Posted from my BlackBerry using BerryBlab" in your posts? It's generated from the config file on the server but I can take it out/change it if you all like.

Restarting didn't fix it...I may try buying the $2 version later today but not sure if that is going to make a difference.

Jeff I can email them with your issue. Up to you if you want to try the paid version or hold off and see what they may say.

Ok I sent them your error message. We'll see what they suggest.

Here is how you change the picture upload resizing settings:

Go to the iPhone Settings > Forum Runner > Attachment Size (Mine says Attachment Quality)

lol.. i forgot to look there too before I posted the question on their forum. As soon as they posted back how to do it I kicked myself for not looking there first too.

I just tested that and set mine for 800px and it worked:

Alright so I installed the paid version and now I will get the error sometimes but other times it works fine. I don't understand but at least it is sorta working now!

Jeff thanks I will pass that update along to the developer. I spoke with him today and he was going to look at the apps files on the server to see if could tell what might be causing your problem.

Is anyone else with a BB having the same problem?

I've gotten it once or twice, closing the app then restarting typically fixes it.
I had to actually reboot the BB 1 time though.

Is anyone having trouble with Berryblab? I got a new BB recently and after installing Berryblab, I cannot add D-90 to the forum list. It gives me an error and tells me to make sure the forum administrator has installed Berryblab. With the transition, did this service get terminated?
