Question Shipping D90 Across the U.S.?

Looking for some guidance here, as I will soon be buying my first D90. I doubt that I will be getting a D90 nearby to where I live in UT. What is the best way to ship and can someone direct me to a company that can handle the transport reliably, safe and for a fair price. This purchase may be one from clear across the country GA, SC or even as close as TX depending on which one I choose. Any suggestions or leads would be appreciated.

If you use the search button up at the top of the forum and search "transport" or "shipping" or some other terms, you'll get results for similar threads here that will show you companies we've used in the past, and companies to avoid.
