Really Blocking People's Posts

So if you have someone 'blocked' their posts don't show up, which is great.

However, if someone replies or quotes those posts, they show up.

Is there a way of totally blocking someone so you don't even see their posts show up as quotes/replies?

Are you really hurt by seeing these blocked posts? Are there that many people here that offend your delicate sensibilities?
Maybe the internet is not for you.
