Hi all just wanted to introduce myself as a new member to this forum.

I'm a recent transport to the east coast from Montana and that means a lot more access to Defender parts and mechanic knowledge so after years of wanting a Defender, I finally feel I have the resources and backup to get one.

I'm excited to go down this road of joy and pain as well as get to know some of you and learn more about the world of Rovers.

Peter

Thanks for the welcome. Looks like a good place. I'm looking for a 5-door Defender. Seems like a fair bit to choose from out there. I'm trying to be very picky though

you should be picky ... there is a lot of lipstick on pigs ... if you find something of interesting don't hesitate to reach out for help inspecting or determining fair value!

Thanks for the heads up guys. It's a tough process over the internet! I know the best thing to do is drive 'em.
