celebrate defender series

Hey guys,
So I'm new on here, and had some questions I was looking to see if anyone could answer. I've been saving up for a car for a while, and haven't found anything I liked that much until recently. I stumbled upon the celebrate defender series, and now I'm wondering about getting one in america (Utah specifically). Most stuff I've read has said you can't. I would like to know:
Is it really not possible or is it just difficult?
Why is it so hard/not possible?
Are there any loopholes or ways to do it?
I'm wondering specifically about the defender heritage and adventure limited editions
Any help is appreciated
Thanks

I'm lost. Please elaborate. Maybe add some pictures too.

Does this help?

Link to website with the three models:
Limited Edition Off-Road 4x4 – Defender Celebration Series

Just to be clear, the celebrate defender series is a sort of send off for the defender, consisting of three limited edition defenders, currently being produced by land rover. I am trying to find out if there is a way for me to get one of these cars in america.

You can't get them here. At this point in time, however, you can get some pretty fine examples of Defenders that are 100% legal. And if you spent even half the price of the new special edition trucks, you'd have a vehicle that was in the 90th percentile of all the legal Defenders in the United States at this time. You could even paint it any color you want.
