Here is a picture, but this bumper still needed some tweaking after the picture, so it is not the finished product, but it is the latest prototype from the UK.
No other info yet. Its a long process getting everything 100% and as they aren't made here in the shop it makes it twice as hard.

That is one of our racks, not a SD unit.

The SD version that looks kinda like that was test fit on that truck yesterday. Now we need to send SD the changes that need to be made in order for their rack to fit a NAS 90 set up. Later this week we will be testing that rack on a NAS 90 SW.
The end goal is to make one rack basket that fits all 90s.

We hope to have a NAS 90 rack system available in the Fall.

Image attached (don't worry the short rails are just a test, the production rack will have longer rails.)

ECR,

I have a NAS 110 with the original black basket on the safety cage.
I would like to replace the basket with a more modern rack with accessories, such as Rhino Rack, Hannibal or Baja Rack. I would remove the basket and bolt the new one to the safari cage bolt locations.

Do you have such a thing in your inventory or do you recommend one that would be suitable?

Regards from sunny So Cal.,

We make an improved rack basket. You can see it on a number of the 110s on our web page. Like this one:
http://www.eastcoastrover.com/NAS161.html

We also make adapters so that you can use that rack with anything that Yakima makes.

As for the other products (Rhino, etc) you would just need to let us know what you want and we can build it in. Each rack is custom made and can be from mild to wild:

The rack looks good. Will the SD version have different basket options?

For SD it will come down to 1 basket that is the most popular and that will be the production unit.

If someone needs something truly custom, we will still make our rack any way they want.

ECR,

I would be interested in a budgetary (non-binding) quote on a basic rack to fit the 110 as per my message above.
This would give me an idea of what i can do. I did look at the Yakima accessories and they would be suitable for my needs,

PM me or email to dennis.yard@L-3com.com

Regards,

Regards,
Have a look at the 110s on our web site and then send me an email with what you would like, length, options, look, etc. and then we can figure it up for you.

Image of a 110 rack with rear camera mount, Hi-Lift mounts, floor, rear LED work light mounts and open front for long boards or roof tents attached.

Thanks and have a great weekend,
ECR

Should also let you know that the long side Safety Devices rack will be coming this Fall, and it will be substantially cheaper than custom made racks and will have almost all the same features.

Mike,

I know the bumperettes are not a priority but do you have any updated ETA and perhaps some close up pictures? If its months away I might get another set.

Its months away, sorry.

We are still focused on the bumpers right now.

Sorry, we have no current plans to make rear tire carriers. There is no demand at the price point they would have to be at. See post #117 in this thread.

However, if you look at post #109 in this thread there is a guy who says he is going to make them. Give him a shout.

Thanks very much,
ECR

Sorry, that is part of the rear tire carrier, and we have no plans to reproduce that. There was a post earlier from a person who was going to make tire carriers. Give him a shout.

Here is a shot of where we are at this point. The final bumper tests are done and the jig (so that they are the same every time) is made.
