Sorry, no eta at all on tire carriers.

Bumpers are being test fit now.

We are working on them. Front bumpers are the priority as we need them for in house projects.

In regards to the SG post. I wish we could just call SG and have these shipped to us. It would be much less hassle and if it were possible we would still be doing that. We did our best to support and promote SG when Greg had it, even tried when the new guy bought it, didn't work.

bumperettes please that will accommodate the rear NAS hitch

I'll look into it, but I don't really see how that would be possible, short of an entire new rear bumper that had the bumperettes built in.

What is the status of the new Safety Devices
Roof rack that you were introducing last month.
Are they here? Price? Are you selling
Individual parts? E.T.A?

Thanks

Roland

No eta or pricing yet.
We are still working on getting things 100% with the prototype before production.

The new rack is not something we have an ETA on.
We have the Euro prototype rack from the UK and in the next little while we will be making changes to it so that it will fit NAS trucks and then sending it back for production.
That will take quite a while. No pricing on the new rack as development is not yet complete.

We do sell replacement parts for the original SD racks (other than the feet). That can be seen here:
http://www.eastcoastrover.com/SDrackparts.html

Most of those parts are in stock.

Safari Gard Tire Carrier

Just Curious as to how many people are looking for or are interested in an improved version of the Safari Gard tire carrier. I am working on one that will carry a 35 inch tire 2 wedco cans, 1 high lift and a Pul Pal. Every thing will be lockable. When the prototype is finished I will post photos.

Hey Oliver! Thanks for helping me out over New Years! I owe you and Chris big time. You might want to start a new thread for this.

Cool.
In all the years we have been doing this we have only sold about 5 of those, so I personally do not see demand for it, but I have been wrong before. If someone else makes a better mouse trap I am all for it.

One of the main issues we have had in doing this is the body flex that all that weight causes. If you hang a 35 and cans and such off the factory points on a 90 ST the body will flex so badly that the tailgate will not close right.
The original SG design had you weld a brace from a backing plate to the RH rear inner roll cage. This worked pretty well, but it also then made it impossible to service the bracket and such, unless you cut the weld.

There are answers out there to all these problems, but with costs to do it right I'm not seeing a market, but like I said, prove me wrong.

Good luck with your product.

I didn't lock it, but I know Facebook is changing a bunch of stuff in the next little while. Its likely a temp. glitch.

Sorry, still working on the bumper. Once that is 100% we will move on to the smaller items.

We have decided that there are no plans to make rear tire carriers, sorry folks.

Based on how things are progressing, are you thinking the bumper will happen by this summer or later into the winter?

Just trying to plan cashflow

Final tweaks to the bumper are done. Now it goes into production and with shipping and all, realistically late Summer.

Great news! Any chance to get some pictures up? Any update on pricing/pre-orders?
