Pile of Sankey trailers

Hi All,

I bought 10 and had them delivered to our shop in Hertford; we just got them today.

My last set of trailers were less than stellar; I took a bath on them. We searched hard for good ones and bought these. These will be for sale as either a straight refurb or a custom refurb.

We will have better pics and details later but the basic plan will be full disassembly, rust repair as needed, paint, go through all systems, lights, reflectors etc..... These will be sold as ready to roll units, no work needed.

We plan to offer either as a MoD refurb in MoD livery or we will custom paint to match your desire. Same prices either way.

These will be sold FOB Atlanta and should be here within 6 weeks if ordered soon. I will have the ability to bring 4 to Overland Expo East at no cost.

E mail me if interested and we can get a plan working.

Wanted to add these are the wide tracks with drop down gates

Damn good pricing for a refurb'd Sankey. Plus, the wide tracks are awesome and have disc brakes.

I agree, it lolls like a good deal. I just like to see a version of the finished product before I send in a deposit. I am asking on this thread in an effort to reduce the amount of PMs being sent to the seller.

I have had my eye on these trailers for a while now. They made a nice tent during field problems and late nights on the range.

No worries on asking for pics. They will be up eventually, once we get a few done. My goal was to ask for deposits so we can get a few built and on the water. I will also have much better pics of the "raw" trailers later this week.

I can promise they will be a bit better than they need to be and, to be painfully honest, they might take bit longer to make than we want! That is a tough reputation we have but we are beating our way through it

I have our other shop in the UK handling these for us as in the US we are too busy to really dedicate the time to making these as nice as they need to be. We have full control of the builds and this is not to a shop we are outsourcing to but our shop over there. In other words, I am not acting as a middle man!

What I like to do is to sell a thing fully done as best we can do it. That way everyone is happy. If we limit what we sell and how much we sell our ability to produce on time will be much more likely!

I have already sold one and I can have 3 total shipped by the 3rd week of Aug to arrive mid Sept in time for Expo East. If Bill gets one that will leave time for one more this shipment.

The next ones will ship late Sept/early Oct and will travel in groups of 4. Those should arrive late Oct/Early Nov. We will take a 25% deposit on the 2nd set and that deposit is fully refundable if you are not happy with what you see when we post pictures of round one! Or better yet come to Expo East and see them in person!

What is this Expo East? I am banished to the Mississippi Delta so I don't know what goes on in the rest of the US. Sounds like black magic and voodoo if you ask me!

Yes I know imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, I think I'm good with ordering mine in Coyote Tan. This way overlander can borrow it and not have to explore his softer side and maintain that officer facade.

I wonder if I can get my 285/75/16's on this thing? I would imagine so...

Wow!

Thanks.

We have deposits/commitments on three. I looked at the logistics of the Aug shipping and Expo East carriage and we can do one more but that really is it for now. Really need the order for the last one by early next week.

No worries at all if you miss this, we will be continuing to provide as long as there is demand. I beat the crap out of my shippers to make this reasonable.

Seriously, thanks for the support. The crappy thing here is still will not have one! I have no snatch bar either. (Still confused by that )
