I've called the first of the month for the past few months. They were very good with communication when I first put in the order, but when I paid the next day they fell off the map.

I've emailed Shamim multiple times, still get the same answer. Nothing shipped over, call back or email later.

The last call I made I got a guy (maybe Darren?) who said they were supposed to be here in a few weeks.

Bottom line is I paid them a couple grand in November and have no idea when or if I'll get a trailer. I think if they dont have anything in two weeks I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I purchased a Sankey from Dave during the first round. It wasn't the smoothest transaction but in the end Dave came through and made it right. The squeaky wheel gets the grease - I called nonstop almost everyday and they came through. That said, mine was stateside when I bought it so you may be in a different situation entirely.

This reminds me of the whole Badger debacle. You would think a email with expected dates once in awhile would go a long way to customer satisfaction and prevent the phone from ringing 24 hours a day....

Looks like an awesome build, but not looking for a camper.

I've requested a refund from ULC. The person who handles refunds just left for the day. I'll let you know what happens.

When I spoke with Shamim last... she said if they had any sankeys, they were still overseas. There were none at the shop. She was very sweet about it. I have no hard feelings and will just try again later ...

Yeah, I agree that Shamim is nice. But since I paid in November and they said they were supposed to ship over then, it just gets to a point where I have to question if they are ever going to show up.

The lack of communication is what kills me. It's like the airport when they say "Oh we should board in 30 minutes", and they say that for hours and hours, then cancel the flight. Just like George Bush said, Fool me once...

Exactly. Horrible business management. So easy to rectify....

Well, here's the update. I spoke with Shamim, who said she didn't give the refund last week. She was going to speak with David about a delivery data again. I told her it's just been too long, and that at this point a delivery date is moot (if it even exists). She said she'd talk to David (again, very nice lady but same story every time).

So the bottom line is I got a refund. But from Visa. They took care of the dispute quickly and without any issues.

If those trailers ever do come in, there will be one extra in the pile for anyone interested....

I'm sorry it came down to a disputed charge. But I really feel like I gave them every opportunity to be honest and give me a delivery date. It just doesnt exist. When they balked at the refund I don't think I had much choice.
