I used it for the first time this last weekend at Rausch Creek, where it was windy and cold. The tent is a thick, waterproof fabric (no fly needed), the guy lines are massive, with huge tent stakes. The wind didn't have any effect on it. I love the built in awning and it has a "bath tub" raised floor, meaning it could sit in 6" of water and stay dry.
