I need a 110 just so I can put that cage in.

Looks like a Camel Trophy 110 cage, but for a 90. This is a bolt and weld cage though, not just a bolt in like the NAS cages.

Yes, the "CT" 110 cage is still made.

2 versions of it, one that goes over the front and over the middle seats and another that does that plus goes back over the cargo area.
The full cage is a little different than those pictures though. It no longer goes on an angle on the cargo area. It stays to the sides so that you can retain your cargo space back there without that bar going through all that use-able space.

Sorry, just read your request in full...
No, there is no NAS 90 external/internal for a NAS 90 Wagon.
The "internal" part would mean you'd have to get rid of your jump seats and such. You could adapt the UK (bulkhead behind the seats) version though. It would just take a little work.

Mike, sorry for not getting you pics of the 110 but I think you can tell I am having a hard time parting with it. That and I just sold my 90 so it makes it much easier to keep the 110. I am out of the loop on the whole cage thing but are these the guys who made the racks for the 110's? If so can you get new ladder? Mine is bent pretty good. Thanks, Mike

Yes, same guys.
Funny you mention that. I was just talking with Chris at SD this morning as we nail down the details about re-making the NAS 110 rear ladder. Stay tuned.
The ladders are pretty easy to fix as well.

Good job selling the 90.
I found a 110 in NY anyway, just gotta go get it (and then build it).

that makes it easy then because I was beating myself up about which one to get. I'll take the exo, should I contact Holly then?

Those are things we have here in the US. I just need to lay my hands on them before I say that I have them.

NAS 90 Wagon full EXO cages are in stock here and ready to ship.
Call Holly if you'd like to purchase one.

Keep in mind you will need to cover/seal/plug the holes in the side of your roof from your existing cage. Its also a good time to reseal your roof to stop the water leaks.

Just FYI:

Some 90 Wagon part # clarification for folks:

RBL2137SSS
This is for a Euro 90 Wagon that does not have the metal bulkhead behind the front seats

RBL2317SSS
This is for a NAS 90 Station Wagon

Yes, the numbers are real close to each other, so just wanted to clarify.
The RBL2317SSS does not appear in the SD catalog as it is a cage we developed with them directly and it is only sold through ECR.
The link above with the white NAS 90 wagon is the NAS version, RBL2317SSS

I'm hoping someone can quickly point me in the right direction. I have an NAS 90 ST that I'm considering converting to a SW (removing the safari cage, installing a ROW top, etc.). Is the RBL213... the proper choice or would the RBL231... be better for my application?

Thanks!
Travis

The RBL2317SSS will mean you'll have less parts to buy and deal with.
With the NAS version we sell you will be able to re-use the lower bars of your current cage, re-use your current seat belts and such.
If you buy the Euro RBL2137SSS you'll have to buy some Euro parts, or do modifications.

If we were converting your ST to a SW with an EXO cage we would use the RBL2317SSS, because in the long run it would save you $.

Hope that helps.

If your ST parts are in good shape we will buy those as well, so it could work out not costing you much to get a cage.

These cages look so much better on solid color trucks in my opinion. I want to see someone restore a willow green one or arles blue one and paint the roof the same color.

We are doing a G4 orange 110 now (NAS #337) that will have an orange roof (but black cage), also doing another Black 110 (NAS #116) that will have black cage and black roof.

Mike, do you have the parts number for ths SD "CT" cage? The one in the SD catalog that looks closest to the CT cage is RBL183 7SSS, but it seems to be a little different from the pictures posted earlier in the thread.

Also, can you still use the rear jump seats with the "CT" cage?

The CT 110 pictures posted in this thread do not show what SD makes now (or what I call a CT 110 cage). I don't know enough about CT 110s to say what is right or what. The images in this thread show a rear angle bar that cuts across the rear cargo area.
The "CT" cage for a 110 now does not have that bar. That bar looks great for a CT truck, but it sure would screw you for jump seats or rear storage.
There are 2 CT 110 cages:
1 that covers the driver/passenger (external) and the middle row of seats (internal)
and
1 that covers the driver/passenger (external) and the middle row of seats and the cargo area (both internal)
This cage stays tight to the sides of the truck so that some seats could be installed in the back. The cross bars will not allow for the 4x jump seats though, but you could likely modify a rear side bench to fit.

A CT 110 cage is/was designed for basically a race/expedition 110. If you need jump seats and max cargo room for a more "family" style 110, skip the race style CT cage and go with the NAS 110 style full external.
