Hey Jay, good to hear from you.
I like both tents for different reasons.
Camping Lab: The Good - lightweight, better in hot climates, it's well built for the price. The Bad - The ladder system is junk, the flooring dents, the cover is cheap quality (zippers don't hold up) and the mattess is thin...but once again you are not paying much.
Eezi Awn: The Good - very well built, great mattress, easy to mount, ladder system, the cover is very tough.
The Bad - it's heavy, the material doesn't breath in hot climates and it's expensive.
I will say we have beat up the Camping Lab tents and they are very durrable and easy to fix, also our tents probably have aged more in one year than yours will in five, so if your only using it on the weekends you should be ok.
