Its been NLA for a couple years now, best bet is to find one on the secondary market. They're a PITA to install so some people never bother.

Kits got re-priced (higher) from the manufacture, so we have to recalculate the unit costs and haven't had time to do that as we are slammed getting a Td5 conversion ready to go.
Thanks,
ECR

Will this kit work on a V8? Or is there a kit out there that will?

Start with a complete heat and sound insulation job with quality product first, before committing to the rear A/C. I was in the same place, and now that I finished my job, it made a BIG difference and the whole 110 is comfortable on 100 deg days, and the A/C has more impact.

Next up for me is a floor on the roof rack (neo-tropical).

I would sure like some tips on how to keep the A/C from leaking water in the cabin floor. My wife hates that.

Got a response from Holly and she said they are all gone and NLA.

Still wondering if these will work for a V8.

I believe that the bracket for the compressor is completely different. I know my compressor looks different than a NAS. On the 300 Tdi you have a bracket that sits on top of the timing chest on the right hand side. (at least mine does)

Rear ACs are gone and NLA, haven't been available for quite a few years.

Front Tdi and Td5 AC systems are still available.

We offer V8 AC installs (basically a modified 300 Tdi AC kit) but it is not something we sell mail order. We only do it in house.

Compressor, wiring, 2 hoses, belt, engine mount, pulley and condenser mounts are different for the V8 vs the Tdi.

Just FYI, I just checked Holly's computer and your email came to her at 2:34PM on Friday (not Thursday).
We close at 2:30 on Fridays, are closed weekends and Holly will answer your request first thing this morning. I think that is about the best we can do.

Other than the compressor pulley, any reason why this kit wouldn't work on a 200tdi?
