I kind of agree, but you gotta see it from our side as a supplier. If we did padding and down the road that padding wore out the inter-geek would be a-buzz with "I bought this crap from ECR and now I need new padding already!".
We aren't going to venture into those waters. Its going to be a long term solution or nothing.

If it were possible to get the formula for the foam correct would it still be prohibitively expensive to make new NAS cages with the stock foam padding. I dont think that the foam would have to be exactly like stock, just close to.

Also, how are you able to check such a nice clean stock roll cage look on the BR cages such as this?

Don't know what you linked to, but if it's the 130 BR we talked all about it a year plus ago about it. Barry started it.

So since ECR doesn't come here anymore, Josh are you now the D-90 proxy for both ECR and Badger?

Proxy? No I don't think so. We can all pretty much vouch for Badger's work since many of us have had his products and have been paying customers of his, so I'm definitely not the only one there - we've all complained about how long it takes him to make his stuff.

For ECR, I don't know most of the products they've offered, since most of the things I've ever been interested in have turned out to just be "teasers" either sold off to RN or were given vague details of pricing. Just pointing him where we've seen it discussed before. With regard to

I was cleaning up my subscribed threads list and was wondering if there was ever any progress on this. I feel like technology is leaps and bounds ahead of where we were 2 1/2 years ago.

If there is a solution that i don't know about feel free to simply reply with "idiot"

We have made some smaller cage pieces using the SD uncoated cage and our Rhino-Lining machine to inject the polymer into our molds. Have not pulled off a hoop yet, but we are now making the parts so nothing is cut when a BR110 or 130 is made. However, due to costs there are no more plans for mail order. It turned out to be way too costly.

We do need at cage alternatives. A non padded cage that fits a nas soft top would be great and last forever.
