These look great, are they water-proof or water resistant?

We have been told to only claim that they are only water resistant as water could seep in through the stitching.

There is a reason why all seat covers from Africa made for overland vehicles are made of canvas.

By that point you'll probably want to send down a submersible to see how the rest of the truck is doing... I would contend they probably are highly water resistant!

Tony, I have multiple seat configurations and live in NOVA if you want to meet up. Happy to help.

Thanks, Clay, I'll take you up on that. Let me know what you have loose and are willing to loan us for a few weeks and I'll be happy to swing by and grab them.
Thanks!

We are putting into production a set or two of dark green and likely a set or two in black. Colors will be on our site in the next day or two. We are also hoping to have the first run of canvas rear tire covers in 31" and 33" diameters with a large integral pocket in the next few weeks.

Stay tuned!

I'd be in for a set of those nice khaki/sand ones but would like to get the two fronts and the 60/40 middle seats. Nice looking product.

Cheers,
John

Thanks, John. We are finishing up several custom orders now and should have the spare tire covers out in the next 2 weeks. From there we'll work on production of the D1 and RRC seats and will work on securing a 60/40 seat to use as a template.

Dark Green and Black seat covers are in production now, we still have a few sets of the "Toast" in stock.
Thanks for the orders and continued interest!

This was a very nice thread to bump into!

I, and about a dozen other RRC owners, are looking for high quality canvas seat covers made in the USA. Good sized thread on EXPO about interest. Escape and M&M are great but not available for RRC.

Any plans and/or thoughts on doing a run of them? Do you have a set of RRC skins to go off of?

I tried to find some original LR Waterproofs a few years ago for the RRC.
Nowhere to be found; at any price.
I need some for my '91.
I have manual seats though, so I'm wondering how similar the fit will be if you do a run for the RRC?

Looking forward to updates Tony.
