I'll take a look at one of the NAS trucks I have in tomorrow and see how the tab spacing compares to the SD cage. I believe the 40 will fit just fine.

I'm always happy to chat about configurations that best suit your application, so feel free to shoot me a PM or give me a call with any questions you may have.

Did we ever determine if the Onx6 50" would fit using the Baja 1.75" clamps?

Definitely not using their billet clamp (640011). It falls riiight on the edge of the radius of the windscreen hoop and it won't clamp. Axia Alloys has some interesting mounts that you might have some luck with.

This style looks like you could mount it so that the clamp is actually inboard of the light bar and away from the curved portion of the cage. I've got a 50" bar and a couple of NAS trucks at the shop...maybe I'll grab a pair and see how they work.

At the moment they do not, but I wouldn't be surprised to see something from them in the future due to the demand. The Truck-Lite's are in my opinion the best bang for your buck.

Also, got your text about that ignition issue. I'll pitch an idea your way tomorrow when I'm back in the shop.

I'm of the opinion that the Sport model is a little on the low side in terms of output for a forward facing auxiliary light. At the end of the day budget will dictate everything, but I think you'll be far happier with the Pro model. Or, if you really want performance, splurge for the XL80's. I just put a set on a truck and they're insane.
