Alloy Gas Tank Skid Plates are finally done

Remake of the rusty one you have under your gas tank now. Three have been sent out for test fits and the new owners report that they fit perfectly (I also used one on the POE I just finished).

I have 5 in stock.

$165.00 plus shipping (about $20.00).

As you may have noticed I have not been around for the last three months. Been installing armor and infantry US Army ranges in every desert on the planet. Will be leaving Monday OCT 5th for freaking Ft Polk LA. Please email me directly if interested and I will respond as soon as possible.

According to Micocat they are different part numbers. Might try and get a Td5 plate and get some of those done up also.

Stephen,

6 mounting points, transversal distance beetween mounting points,
from front to rear is as follow: first 2, 74 cm; middle 2, 64 cm and
last 2, 26 cm.
The last 2 mounting points are horizontal, i mean the bolts are
horizontal and you get access thru the rear cross member.

Yeah, may be i should post some pics

I'm not sure it's like the NAS one.

I have a NTO td5 one for a 110. If it is the same I can have one made from that. But it does look like it is different. If I can be sure that I have the right one I can get you a one off made.

just installed one of these and it is indeed one nice piece of kit. Fit perfectly even with fitting an NAS bumper against it. Well done Stephen.

I know this should go in the help wanted section, but how did you get the two bolts at the back of the plate out without going insane? As in, the ones next two the bumper? Rusty and hard to get to.

Anxiously beating my head against the wall - so close to a beautiful new plate.

Here is a pic of the skid plate installed. Looks nice. If the bolts had not broken off- it would have been a breeze to install.
