Dan,

I couldn't find a recoiless so I bought a radar guided gattling gun for my range rover.

Hi Kevin,

Great images - A couple of years ago (late summer) my son and I were up at Coyote flat on our way to Baker lake. We passed by you (said Hi to each other) just as you were leaving the camp ground at the south end of Coyote Flat. I was in my red defender and my son was in his green disco! ( small world) I was planing on a January trip to the eastern seirra as well or may be death valley - where and when were you planing on going over there. JimC expressed an interest in taking a drive in CA and I offered to lead a trip over there. Maybe we should coordinate meeting for a day or two on the eastern side.

Len,

I remember that. It was just before the road dropped down into the meadows. I felt bad because I didnt stop. I have a RHD and my passenger window rolling mechanism was broken and I couldnt roll it down to say hi. I didnt want you to think I was a Rover snob
You have a POE dont you? or did you put a hard top on the soft top? Anyway I am saying hi now. Better late than never.

My January trip will probably be to Eureka Valley then through Steel Pass to the Saline. I'll be taking my 6 y/o sone with me.

My truck is a '97 ST - But I sourced a roof cap, roof sides an old lift gate and SW roll cage components to put together a hard top. I swap out the two roll cage systems so my truck can do with or without the top.

I have wanted to photograph saline valley in the winter... lets keep in touch maybe we can meet out there to say hi. JimC has a yellow D90 - with a 300Tdi - I don't know if my son can make it but I'll ask him. Is your truck gas or diesel?

It's a 3.5 carburated V8. It would be great to meet out there. Lots of fun trails and mines to explore.

Thanks! I'm finally happy with the suspension: OME MD/HD, shocks, stabilizer, Scorpion Racing HD rear sway bar, BFG/AT 235/85. Headliner is next. 4.6 later....
