I stopped driving my D's lately, my main D needs a new clutch master, which I'm going to change out on Saturday. Pretty much I've been driving my new Wrangler Sport around town, it actually gets a lot of compliments even bone stock. Funny. I drive the 991 on the weekends, mostly to old town Pasadena, than back home for a wash.

The older ones allow higher MPG at higher speeds, even though its a 5 speed i can get 50mpg at 75mph, in the summer, No AC on windows halfway.

Literally just picked up a 07 LR3 today. That's what I will be rolling. Previously I had a 04 dodge 2500 diesel.

And we have always had our 04 Subaru forester xt(turbo+manual=pure awesome)

Very impressed with the LR3, and I mean very. Hands down the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. And I have had lots, and i mean lots new, just all have been domestic.

Other car(s): Land Rover
Why?:I've always had Land Rovers, why change now?

I did also have a BMW R80/7 in the late 70's/early 80's and I also had a VW Camper for a while in the the early 80's.

The other lineup

Me:
2011 Golf TDI
1964 Malibu Convertible
2008 HD Cross-Bones

Wife:
2011 Jeep JK
1999 Beetle TDI
2003 HD Sportster 1200

The Malibu almost should not count. I need to do some frame repair and put her back together but my 300TDI conversion is taking the bulk of my time.

Daily Driver - 2009 Chevy Colorado I5 2wd - only reason i drive it is its free company truck with free gas, hate everything about it, but to its credit it hasn't broken down yet

my #1 pride - 2000 Mustang GT - strictly a track car now. Bought freshman yr of college (02) w/25k. Has 55k on it now, about half of those 30k miles have been put on at a track of some sort or the other.

The topless 90 is my daily depending on weather. Also have '64 Porsche 356, '55 Bel Air, '97 Chevy Z71, and wife's MINI Cooper. I am very fortunate to live at the beach and work only 5 miles away. That said I am looking to add a golf cart to the fleet.

No backup ... everytime I collect the car from the parking garage ... I always have a concern that it won't start ...

Miss those days, my first 90 was my only car for 5 years when I lived in a warmer climate and had a short commute. In NJ, now commuting 60 miles one way in a Hyundai Sonata. Wife drives '03 Chevy Tahoe.
