2012 LR4. Absolutely love it. Fuel economy on the LR4 is slightly better than the 90. I am just living with the fact that gas is gonna be a bigger part of the budget from now until I die.

What have you gotten that up too? My ALH (99.5 tdi) was still pulling hard at 135 (tuned).

Maybe 90mph. It is the commuter (60 miles round trip), grocery, dog, home depot, has a warranty (extended to 110k) etc. car.

97 Civic hatchback, I drive a lot for work. I love the car single cam non vtec I average in the 40's on regular fuel. Parts are cheap and I can get anything anywhere. I've done a timing belt adjusted the valves and put SI Civic brake system on it. I added sway bars and it is semi fun to drive plenty of understeer. I may swap a hot DOHC engines when the single cam dies if it ever dies. I run it on Amsoil service it about every 10k. This little car pays for the Rovers.

I've also got a clapped out SWB, I really like that truck a lot.

Thanks for the ideas and laughs. Perhaps I should have said 'Cars' plural? I'm thinking that the only link is that most of us have at least one back-up to our D90 for obvious reasons. In any case, this is a semi entertaining topic so please continue to share.
