You could not afford to do it...

But, if you have a "friend" that works for a race team (names withheld to protect their identities) that has access to a carbon fiber production room and you have a mold of a heater wingtop air scoop... it is absolutely gorgeous. Stainless steel grill, laser cut outs...all I have to do is trim the mounting area and drill it. The picture quality (phone) sucks, but after I install it I will take an official picture...

There is absolutely no end to the things you could make out of carbon fiber--honestly, it would never end. Before you know it, you would have a carbon fiber bird bath, (toilet seat is too obvious and overly done), your gazeebo, door stops, hangars, just about everything...

Nice Chris! You better not bring that to the rally, it might not go home with you!

Yeah, and could you embed a LR Logo into the lid?

I'll talk one too.

The driver's side seat in my Defender is a bit tattered.... Is it a direct bolt on part or will the battery compartment require modifications?

Mark, I think you will have to fabricate brackets, but it does flip up, so you would retain access to the battery compartment ;-)

No. But there is a new one with a wound composite outer shell, the 787.
