Wow - Just Wow - $100K

I never thought, and I can bet that the LR guys in the UK never thought that a 1993 110 NAS would have a $100K sticker price....20 years later!

What you could do with $100K - opportunity cost is crazy. Not knocking Copley or anyone else for that matter...it is just amazing what folks think they are worth - and what people are willing to pay for them.

All the better for those of you that own them - and the NAS90 crowd!

heres a great quote from the listing:

Driven by many, but adored by more, the Defender 110 Defender 110 is a perfect addition to any home. Based on the superb condition of this vehicle, along with the options and color, this Defender 110 Defender 110 is sure to sell fast.

:-)

Especially because in stock form NAS 110s are abysmal rust buckets with terrible HVAC, moldy carpet, a marginal transmission, and prone to catch fire.

Given there were 500, after fires and crashes and such, how many are actually left?

Just wondering....

Probably close to all of them. The real question is, how many do not have a salvage title.

Jonesy $100k isn't uncommon especially post ECR getting their paws on one.

Yeah Chris - I know, it almost seems like I missed the boat buying them for what I thought was absurd at $50K...as much as I love them, as we all probably do, even at $50K I find myself saying it is silly to pay that for what you get...like Ron said "abysmal rust buckets with terrible HVAC, moldy carpet, a marginal transmission, and prone to catch fire" ... in their stock form like this one.

Now I think one gone over at ECR is worth more - but $130K????

My favorite part was "EASY FINANCING: $1,867 /month" - holy crap!
