Wisconsin banning Pinzgauers. What is their next target?

This is crazy stuff - and potentially a problem that could rear its ugly head with many other 'classics' like series 3's and the recent start of 'legally imported' 110's...

Its a strange form of activism. Such a small issue to take such a definite action on, makes you wonder what the _real_ explanation is.

This is how it always works. Small changes, small losses of freedom. People get comfortable, take a little more, people get comfortable, take a little more. Thats why you have to have a zero tolerance policy on loss of freedom.

Not to get too far off topic, but a perfect example is Tobacco tax. I don't smoke, but I opposed it as much as I could because I know how it works. Tobacco tax first, then Alcohol, then fatty foods, then SUV's, then anything and everything that some arrogant socialist tool thinks is bad for you. Then the outright banning starts.

I've been afraid something like this would happen for a long time. Let's hope the residents of Wisconsin put a stop to it before it spreads.

BTW, what does this have with "liberalism"?
I've always thought Liberal meant this.

Liberal hasn't meant individual freedom and limited government for at least 200 years. For the last 20 years it's been a code name for strait Socialism.
