Wife got back from China Tues and grabbed 20 movies.

Just finished Hateful 8 now on to another one about SNOW ... The Revenant. In the Heart of the Sea is after that.

Creed, Spy and and Bridge of Spies tomorrow

A fire some booze and I am all set.

Hateful 8 was so goddamned bad none of those producers deserve to eat off of that movie. Tarantino is really overrated these days...

Bridge of Spies has some strong P1800 content....representing!

Pablo, you have a RHD? Why is your snow cowl on that side?

Great looking truck BTW. Maybe it's the wheel color combo, it just looks cool.

even with bad movies, i don't mind paying. it's like paying for spotify. i'd rather spend 10 bucks a month to give pennies to musicians vs. poaching. keep artists eating, even if you hate them.

and to give tarantino his due, that dude worked at a video store when he was writing true romance and reservoir dogs. this is coming from a guy who could care less about pulp fiction, but loved jackie brown.

In the Blizzard of 2003, we managed to plow through approximately 32 inches of snow in our lifted (3" w/ 235/85's) Disco. She was impressive in that storm. Our Defender has not been out in the snow, we all know how much Defender frames like road salt..

Are you in Keswick? We, wife's family, have a 400 acre farm there, St Margaret's. Keep us posted and stop by for fresh eggs and to visit the 96yo bird!

Yep we sure are and thanks for the invite! Went out this morning and my 90 was dead so as soon as the battery tender starts working like it was supposed to I'm heading out to try and get stuck. Fresh eggs sound perfect, maybe breakfast for dinner with some blantons on the rocks by the fire...

Just got back from a drive in Arlington:

1. Saw two guys on cross country skis, good opportunity for that.
2. Saw lots of people walking in the street, not good for drivers, but it's hard to blame them since the sidewalks are mostly under mounds of snow.
3. Saw a couple of people taking photos in the middle of an intersection, keeping me from driving through. They wouldn't move until I sat there for a minute then started to drive around. They seemed pissed at me for driving.
4. Roads weren't bad until 9:00am, it seems like the snowfall has actually increased steadily in the morning.
5. Harris Teeter in Ballston is currently open and full of food.
6. Entry ramps to 66 westbound haven't been plowed yet, strangely.

I really want to go to Whitetail, since it'll have more than just dirt to ski on this weekend!
