I dont know. We got it from an auction because it need a motor.

Looking at the old pics, I don't think it looked that rotted aside from the footwells (and likely bulkhead). Sure, the cappings were rusted, but the frame looked fine, aside from some stump or rock bumps:

Some new or rehabbed cappings, new hardware, etc. Doesn't seem that far off. Driver's side footwell didn't look too good though I'll give you that.
