Green SW are pretty common, I like the black between the 2. Got a line on these? I'm shopping

Follow-up Post:

Scratch that.. I like the green, a little less "bling" look for my preferance. But the black is definatly much more unique for here.

If I'm not mistaken, the green one is/was on the for sale section around end of last year. The truck was in Jersey City, NJ and I don't know if it was ever sold. The black one I think is the one that was posted recently and the guy was asking $35K for it.

If I were to pick, I would definitely pick the green one. Which one is the bonatti gray one?

I think the bonatti gray was the Florida 35K one that he pulled the plug on...or I am an idiot (which is much more likely)

Since you're asking I prefer the Black one. Green D-90's are a dime a dozen.

I particularly like those "boost" wheels at least I think thats what they are called. those or some NATO steel wheels would be my pick.

I wanted to view the Bonatti TD5, being that it was in Ft Lauderdale and I am in Ft Lauderdale.
I emailed and got a response saying the truck was in New York. Scratch that idea, anyone go and see it?

My vote is on the black, green one would look better as a 110.

Martin, where in NY did he say it was? I also emailed the guy with the green one last year. The seller was in South Jersey but he told me that the truck was in Jersey City (North East NJ and closer to me). After a few phone calls and emails, I was never told where exactly the car was so I dropped the ball.

That wasn't very nice... Remember this is a club, not a competition to see who's is rarer, or to put people who have Green D90's down.

My answer is I like them both, because I love Defenders ... even Purple Polka-Dotted one's.

Wasn't trying to not be nice. I see a lot of green D-90's - but not many black one's. I'm with you I like all Defender's - but if I had to pick between the two being offered I would pick the Black one.

Hey Glenn

I didnt ask where in New York, I thought it was in Ft Lauderdale, I told the seller that I thought it was too much of a hike to view a truck 1500 miles away. You should drop him a email, good luck

The Green is up in Jersey, I've seen it...just didn't have the $$$ at the time to buy it. I had a friend check out the Gray one in person..it's for real, but I think the guy is really going to keep it....he got a bit feaked out by the posts he recieved.

The black is mine.
