Which bumper is this?

I was thinking of fabricating a bumper like this, but if it's already out there I might as well save some time (ignore the other doo-dads on this car).

It's not an ARB but I'm saying if you like that look it looks like they got at least some of the bull bar inspiration from the older ARB design (and with the ARB having a better approach angle).
