Wheelin 110s

Just wondering how many out there with 110s take 'em wheelin (once a weekend.. maybe). Of those, have you found it difficult to manuveur giving the longer wheel-base?

I haven't done much wheelin lately, but I do off road regularly. I don't do a lot of trail driving but I haven't found the 110 that bad. The turning radius is OK, but the departure angle that gets in the way. I've thought about bob tailing a 110 to solve this.

I'll sometimes need to do a three-point turn where a d90 can clear in one pass. The rear overhang is an issue, but usually I just count on the NAS rear bumper and hitch to protect the truck. You have to watch leaving rocks behind the rear wheel though, cause the body is completely unprotected just aft of the wheel and before the bumper end.

The 110 wheelbase is a big plus sometimes, especially on steep drops and climbs. And it bridges loose stuff nicely, too.

I think 100 is probably the most practical (RR or Disco), but I ain't trading Chammy, so forgetaboutit.
