What's up with Safari HP?

Anyone ever order from their website? I ordered something on May 17th and haven't seen it. My account was charged immediately. I waited a couple of weeks and called and was told they would look into it. Called again today and left a message. Not cool to spend $100 and not get anything...

I have never had a single problem and I have spent thousands with them if that makes you feel any better.

I also have spent tens of thousands with them. I will say you don't always get a quick response to a phone call. But the work they do is top notch. They are very busy. Keep trying, they are good people.

Top notch company who have quickly refunded money when I changed my mind and shipped promptly whenever product ordered. Rather than posting here after regular business hours (when they likely are closed and cannot respond), why not send email to them or PM with your order number.

I have spent a lot of money with them as well (puma doors, SD cage), but never bought from the website. I would love to PM the order number, but I never got one. Only thing I got was a charge to my account. No emailed receipt or anything. And I called them during business hours today. When I called them two weeks ago they said they would look into it and call me right back. I know they are a good company, just trying to get a response. I actually need the part I ordered so if they can't provide it they just need to say so and I can go else where.

I have always had great service with them as well and always answered the phone when I call but I don't use the web site.

No email back at all? Weird. You probably already checked your spam folder, so check your CC statement for a transaction number.

Zack has definitely become the front man/face of Rovers North over the past few years.
Mark should give him a raise !

With SHP I have Stephen's cell number and we text if there is a hick up.

You could give Zack a gift card to the local fly fishing shop and he'd be happy.

I have noticed a huge drop off in service since they started building trucks. Before the import crack down, I spent somewhere near 20k with him and could always get Stephen on the phone and he would answer questions and ship it right out, now you get someone random and they can't be bothered with a $600 order.

Not true in my experience, and I haven't dropped any big coin on SHP in a long while. I get great service over the phone with whoever answers even if I'm ordering an inspection cover plate for the pedal box ($3?). Having said all that, I have never ordered anything off their website.
