Stephen is busy as hell... we use to chat once a month, but not for 3 months.

Stephen has contacted me to resolve the matter. I don't even mind waiting as long as someone tells me what is going on. Communication is the key. Maybe there was a disconnect between the website and the staff, but I'm glad he made the effort to contact me.

For those that have had good buying experiences, was it best to go through the website?

I've tried a few times to spend money there for some '97 NAS 90 specific items and never had replies.

Ive never tried their website.. I just call and ask for parts.. If its in stock usually it goes out the same day. never had an issue.
