Smile What's that smell?!?!

So I'm driving my D-90 home from dinner tonight and I'm sitting at a red light on the empty streets. All of the sudden, I smell something really bad, like an electrical fire or something. I start to curse my Rover, "G#%(*%#@( peice of @$(*, What now!" and I'm about to get out and open my hood to see what is the matter. And then I hear a noise. I look in the rearview and my taillights are illuminating a Dodge K-Car, idling behind me. OH WELL, NEVER MIND!!! :-)

Lee Iacoca once told me "IF you can find a better car, buy it!"

I sure loved that Ford.

The K-Cars weren't exactly a paragon of reliability and style.... even though they saved chrysler, the cars are something most folks would rather forget.

When they came out, they had a commercial with the then-president Lee Iacoca (who is doing ads again the past month or so with George Castanza). That was his tagline at the time "If you can find a better car, buy it".

I'm proud to say I smashed a K-car to hell, screwing around in the snow when I was 19 yrs old.
