What's it worth?

Customer brought me a 126k mile NAS SW that has been used hard as a farm work horse. The frame is rotten- probably the first time I could see the rear wiring harness below the fuel filter through the frame. Went to raise it on the lift and it looked like the RH trailing arm was moving independantly of the frame.
So, We've had conversations about fitting a new galvie chassis, stainless plumbing and addressing other issues that are easier with the driveline out and/or body off without going into an all out restoration.
The question she asked that I couldn't think of an answer was: What's it worth as is? Runs and drives- made it 80+ miles to my shop-and has had a hard, but enthusiastic life.

Thoughts?

If the rust is really bad, probably around $10k.

Yeah. I haven't quite figured it out yet but a clean title and a bucket of rust will run you 10k. But if you're patient and shop around you can get a decent higher milage truck for 18-20 and be money ahead.

95 Arles Blue.
We discussed the value of performing this work versus purchasing another Rover, or even a newer pick-up and starting over. Not really what she wants to do.
Thanks for the feedback!
