What modifications are folks planning lately?

I'm just curious here on this one, since I have a LONG list of things I want to do on mine. What are you all planning on doing/changing on your D's?

Here's my list.

Small stuff: (under $100)
Clean up all the accessory wiring.
find better spots to mount the reverse/work lights.
errrr... fix the door handle.
upgrade the NAPA fog lights, which I use surprisingly often in winter.
fix the winch, again.
better switches for the accessories.
bolt the hi-lift to something.

Big Stuff: ($100-500)
New catalytic converters.
upgrade the oil cooler finally.
swap to electric fans.
Make the interior nicer.
new gauge panel.
make the roof rack level finally, and get it painted.
air compressor or power-tank type setup.
swap in the Megasquirt ECU.
Mallory Distributor.
new tires before winter hits.

REALLY big stuff: ($500+)
Hydraulic PTO for the winch (It's a milemarker)
Detroit Tru-Track in the front, maybe in the back... if not a full Detroit locker.
4.9 stroker engine.

I am currently installing a Detroit thrid set-up by GBR, HD Axles in the rear. Also installing a Tru Trac in the front set up by GBR as well.

Rock Sliders will hopefully be arriving shortly soon.

Not much left to do as it's been a painfully expensive last three years!

Planning:
Refreshing up the interior with some new carpet of rubber matts.
Powdercoating the roll bar
New Rockware bumper.

NOW!
New T-case soon from Ashcroft with the crawler set I can't wait!
Get it to pass inspection

Someday
PTO winch (shaft! completely mechanical! no electric no hydraulics!)
Customize the ARB for the PTO Winch and a better approach angle
Some tires made by Interco, either SX's or Boggers
Ditch the south down mud plow for some Rovertracs stuff

In my dreams
Volvo portals
Supercharged 4.8
Be able to take it off road (it's been 8 months!)

little stuff
Fix all the little stuff lights, rust, what not
Tweak the CB for more power
Replace the stereo and speakers that I drowned
Fix the heater

I really need to go over the truck, make a list and prioritize everything!

ohhhhh yeah, forgot about the sliders. My steps really need to come off before nature finishes doing that part of the job. Sliders will be going in their place.

Also the Hella H4 Eurobeam headlights.

I have to repaint several of my skids--that is a good thing. I have to finish welding my mounts for the roof rack. And most importantly, I have to make swivels for my rear 6x9 speakers so that when the back is open, then hinge out the rear so that when I run the movie projector and have the rear hatch and side doors open, I can project onto the movie screen and show movies in remote locations. This mod is SICK good fun.

Recored rad - with 3 new rows and no more concerns about temp...
Undercarriage lights - just finshed
Accessory rewiring - done
Replace hinges - painted and waiting to go on.
Trans temp gauge needs to be hooked up.
Need to find the TC leak - not likely to happen before driving to CO.

Other than that, all of my time is being spent getting prepped for the long drive west!
Service everything, double check everything.

Fixing what ever problems crop up.

New tires in either 255/85-16 or 33"s if they fit with the OME lift.
Replace my beat up "factory sliders" with a set of Bill Burke's
Pinion guard.
