What about your Mantec Carrier and the 255/85's?

At least score the Mantec! You won't regret it.

My rover and I are in therapy.
She is asking for a new top, some powder coating, new tires. I'm asking for time and understanding. I seem to be loosing. Therapist gets all the Christmas money, though!

The road salt washed off from our previous and possibly only winter storm of the season.

I need to install the front and rear axle seals so they run wet--but that is only IF the snow melts and we get a 50 or 60 degree day soon.

well Im waiting for a minute on the 255's, I wish i could find someone to buy my current tires.

Mantec is a thought but Ive spent a lot this year on the ol girl. Im gonna wait for Rover North to have free shipping again, they seem to be the only place that has them availible, Stable Energies doesnt list them anymore..

After 9 long agonizing months rebuilding from when I bought it as a fire job salvage hulk, I'm getting my first defender for xmas The car I have been waiting for my whole life. Got is titled and registered today with the DMV. And the diesel conversion was never an issue. Merry Xmas to me!

Pendy finished it last weekend, and in appreciation of his dedication, I unlocked his ankle chains and declared him a free man.

Oh ya, after driving it back to NC from KS, my first act was to order the EE convex mirror as a stocking stuffer. I can't believe I survived without it! I got it today, and wow, what a difference. That's not an accessory, it's a necessity.

Mine got an early present in the form of the Longtracks CVs & Axles...but it'll find an adjustable panhard rod under the tree and a pair of sewer cap diff covers in the stocking.

Mine will get continued use and abuse with the winter we are having up here. But I am hoping that by Christamas it will have a younger and bigger brother, in the shape of a 130 ambulance, waiting in the UK for shipping.

Overlander- What are your impressions of the 2.8 Powerstroke in the 110, is the power adequate?

Custom fabbed new rear crossmember ends, repair of a smal hole in the bottom of the frame with the piece off a RRC frame (so it looks seemless!), new exhaust cat back, new (old) hinges (thanks kip and dennis!), red paint for her doors, a new SW rear door, and if I have enough cash left over, new middle doors. Oh and a new radiator.

Ouch!!!! Now that I think about it, Janey the 110 is getting more gifts than everyone else combined.

And a set of disco I steelies!!!!!

My D90 decided to give me a gift.

The gift of cranking, but no starting.

Damnit.
