Neal,
The 2.8 is an awesome engine for a 110. couldn't be happier. runs quieter than expected, has more power than expected, and has no problem pulling it along at 80 mph once she's warmed up. getting around 20mpg on the highway, but I only have under 1500 on it. once she loosens up will probably/hopefully get a bit more. Of course, I'll take that over the 3.9 V8's mpg. I just need a snorkel now.
Pendy put in a 5 core radiator, to go with my allisport intercooler, so plenty of power, but she runs a bit cool. I'm thinking of getting a RN radiator muff just to keep the temp up during winter. she's ready for the sahara now.

Keith, which beast was yours?

The Wife got me an Iron Goat dashboard, quite nice piece of work too!

That reminds me, I have to dig up that thread and post my opinions.

new hella headlights and master/slave cyl. for my flippin clutch. If she's really lucky, she might actually see a bit of offroading before the new baby comes in mid-January...but only if she's good (she's been everything BUT good lately).

Full Safari Rack and basket.

Only problem is it won't fit in the garage when installed so I really don't know what I'm supposed to do with it.

That's the plan but it's a couple of years out. They don't give those away sadly. Nice detached 2 car garage in the back yard with a big 10' door. Maybe a bit taller in case we get an RV. Also plan on sticking an apt. up top to rent out for a bit of extra income.
