Welding Help Needed on Long Island

Not for a Land Rover but...

I have been working on my pickup and found a rusted spot where the frame is nearly missing. Fully boxed section about 5" long that is missing the outside, bottom and 2/3rds of the inside; Only the top and 1/3rd of the upper inside of the frame are intact. The rest of the truck frame is surprisingly solid.

I wire wheeled the frame today and am going to order a 30" sleeve that can be welded over the problem area. Does anyone know of any good welders on Long Island? Even better would be someone who could make a house call. I am afraid to drive or move the truck.
