That costs $200 new or so.

Hell, there should be a bigger premium than that on the 25. You'd want to pay extra for it because, well ... It was previously driven by a Canadian. :-)

Thank you all for the feedback. This is the sort of info I was looking for when I posted my question. I saw all the updates at work today but was too busy to login and comment.
I've periodically checked Ebay Motors, and several nation wide classifieds and as someone mentioned I've seen all sort of asking prices for NA 110s. It was really hard to tell what they were virtually selling for.

IMO, which is obviously biased, all things being equal, I would think a rarer Defended would be worth more. Owning one of only 25, to me is really cool. Plus I love the fact that all the instrumentation is metric. And I just learned that somewhere in the truck is a 2nd heater! Really comes in handy here in LA.... Mine does have some rust. I just posted a question about the source of rust in the technical discussion section. I do not plan on selling mine as long as my wife allows me to keep it. I am going to hold on to it and give it to my son when he turns 18. Really glad to be part of this forum and look forward to learning more about my awesome truck!

Welcome aboard. I have a lot of NAS 110 rust experience. On the plus side, in LA it should not get much worse, but you should address it.

Do you own the one I have seen on between Chandler and Magnolia? My buddy just sold a NAS 110 for $70k and did not have it on the market for too long.

I could have used a Defender for my first car instead of a Discovery!

Yup that's the one. It needs a bit of TLC and should be ready to be driven every day this summer
