Upgrade pushed back

The upgrade ran into many issues that started right off the bat and went downhill from there all the way until I threw in the towel at @11am this morning.

The previous test run upgrades went fine on both local and remote test servers but it just is not happening at this point on this server. I will looking into the issues and make another announcement when the upgrade will be tried again.

This forum has been restored from a backup ran last night/this morning long after access to the forum was shut down. There should be no loss of data with the posts, accounts, or attachments.

Sorry gang.
