Tuffrail?

Anybody ever use this or something like this? Is there a less expensive alternative? I am thinking of using this in the bed of my truck.

Got mine from USA Cargo was the cheapest at the time, will be fitting a rail each side on the tub cappings when I get them back (hint)

If you remove the rings they shouldn't rattle at all.
