Traxxas T-Maxx D90 Body

Anyone know where i can get a D90 body for my Traxxas T-maxx Nitro RC Truck? I have been looking and haven't found anything yet.

Any info would be great,

Jason Habbal

I see them on E-bay once in a while, but they don't look too convincing. All the ones I've seen are half-cabs.

Damn thats awesome...Is that your truck david...If so where did the body come from. I want to make it an exact replica of my D90-Alpine White, Black Top, somehow make a brush guard, and get some of the off road lights that another company puts out on their trucks.

That looks like a 110 pickup with a topper. Did you paint on the grill or are they decals? I would get one they are a blast to mess around with. I have the electric one with some new motors fast as a bat outta hell and will flip over if you don't accelerate gradually. I think i'm gonna get and fj-40 0r a bronco body if I can't find the defender.

It is a 110 pickup with a shell. The problem with the Defender body is it does not mesh well with the mouning points on the traxxas frame. Meaning there is no way to do it without the pickup style bed. You have to do some trimming also. This one came with the grill formed in. I just painted it to look like my truck. Next I guess I have to draw bars all over it! If I had it my way I would have gone electric too. The gas is fast and cool, 41 MPH top speed, but I don't like all the prep work to run it. Like cleaning the engine and such. I like to point and go!

Like these one's, doesn't the similar thread only search for threads with similar titles?

I thought it was supposed to index the thread contents as well which is why it pulls up some threads that dont have the same title. Its not 100% but I would have thought it would have hit the last threads about them.

The results listed below all contain the same words in the title as what is in the title of this thread, mostly D90

Im wondering if i could possibly contact Pro-Line and talk with them about possibly making one. Im sure they have a mold or something. I guess the demand for the D90 body is not that big but come one how could there be a big demand for the Jeep body. I mean who would want their T-Maxx to look like a Jeep....
