transport help??

Trying to get a Defender p/u exocage to NC from Mass, or Long Island, or even northern Jersey. Seller is a board member and very willing to help. Can be easily moved via p/u truck or trailer- any help greatly appreciated....

I may be passing through on my way to Philly from Maine with a rental Ford Escape.... lots of duct tape to the rear hatch panel maybe?

Too bad they don't rent pickups..... maybe i can get it in a full size van?

I could get it as far as Philly at least.

I won't know for sure until later this week/weekend but I am probably taking the Bronco to the buyer in the NY/NJ area next weekend. The trailer will be empty on the way back...

Now you just need a D90 to pickup in NC and it will be the perfect trifecta. Someone sell this man a D90!

Just swapped everything around, changed around all my events and i am now flying out of here on a 11am light to Denver to grab the "new" RRC and drive it to Maine.

So no Maine to PA run for me.

I will be going Denver - PA - Maine however if anyone needs anything moved! Empty RRC with trailer hitch.

Doug

I'll be glad to put a D90 on the trailer and bring her back south but I can't guarantee that it won't stop off in VA for a while!

If its going to be my car trailer I owe Dale, so lets make that work. My farm is 3 hours closer to Marshville for him so we can get the cage that far.

And I'll owe you Doug so not a problem. I'll firm up the details with the buyer of the Bronco by the end of this week and then talk to both you and Dale about it so I can plan the trip accordingly

Cool-love it when the D90 board underground parts rail road works. Or as Bobeck calls it "tom sawyering"

Although if Kenny is able to bring it this weekend that sounds even faster.

I think Chicky will have to ride on the auto transporter and since Doug is further south than me, no sense in dropping the cage off here.

Now I am confused hahah...

I can pick up the cage in NY/MASS bring it down to VA.

Chicky. I could bring it down to VA. But that really doesn't help too much for anyone it's only going two hours south.

I used to make the drive from NY to Wilmington all the time, easy trip, actually still have a house there. The buyer should just come pick it up and enjoy the drive down....seems like a lot of defenders are making their way there.
