Tow Straps and Chains

I know this is a knowledgeable crowd, but I've personally seen both tow straps and log chains break. Just a reminder to respect the energy in these things.

Wow that is weird! How in the world did that upside down truck get all the way across the street?? Did they show the wrong house in the video, I can't find the porch?

Obviously this is a "recovery gone wrong" but the reporting is pretty bad too.
police do not believe that any type of criminal or traffic charges will be filed.

Obviously the reporter didn't know, any better than the driver, what tow straps are for. Or, more importantly, what they are not for.
