Actors are a prissy bunch at times, and need to be catered too, the producers need to realize that without clarkson there would be no producing..(of both the show and the income) and hence they would be out of a job.. They are there because of the actor so a little bit of a pain in the ass to deal with must be tolerated..

at times? at all times they are a pain in the ass but as you said thats the job (nightmare) of being a producer….however... when they do things like, come to work wasted, assault someone, use racial slurs etc and your funding gets pulled because no one will insure your actor/show.. you're done.

I signed in the 400,000's. Nice to see it getting close! Not that it'll make any difference.
