Tithonus Soft Top with Windows

Anyone know where this top came from? My guess is they added the windows but I haven't seen a Tithonus top that color before. Truck is on Vehicles For Sale

I don't know about that one but I would love to get my hands on a black one like this from one of RiverMike's builds.

I think Chris Snell has one that color on his truck and Abe (Solarguy) has the Nato green one. It really looks great on his truck. I'm also pretty sure Bobcat110 has done one of his Tithouns trucks with windows but can't remember which color.

Anyone have any follow up on these Tith tops with windows and locations to source them? Obviously they are out there but no one has chimed in. I'm guessing a fabric guy made them.
Seems to be the most logical source is custom made.

Hit up Bobcat110 i think he may know who makes them. The ones he has are nice nice. Or you can just cut the sides of the top out like I did and have a marine canvas guy make up some Eisenglas and canvas windows at a fraction of the cost of a soft top and much quieter as well.

That thing is friggin sweet! That's a badass hardtop right there. Any pics of that with the windows in it?

Another topic but potentially the right place to post it......what are the obstacles involved in converting a hard top to a soft top on a Tithonus ? (other than buying the tailgate and hardware and the soft top)...... I recall someone posting that recently but have scoured this damn forum for the answer and can't find it.

I converted one of my Tithonus to s/t with a top from Ken, came out perfect! Also met Raub at URE and he has a sweet setup. Since I have a spare top from the conversion, I am cutting windows in one. As Raub said, you get all the benefits of the s/t without the cost or flapping fabric!

The cost to convert from h/t to s/t is the door surrounds, header above windscreen, a couple bows, and the hoop supporting the surrounds. And of course the tailgate and s/t fabric/top. I have a fiberglass lift gate from a NAS fiberglass top, and hope to incorporate it with a tailgate on the h/t.

Chris Snell has a thread on his conversion to s/t...

Thanks for the insight. When you said, "As Raub said, you get all the benefits of the s/t without the cost or flapping fabric!" .... does this refer to the fact that the soft top on a Tithonus s/t stock is basically a noisemaker and not ideal? I'd imagine buying a h/t and dialing in a nicely constructed s/t would make for reduced interior sound. Thus making it more of a beneficial purchase. You could always do what you are doing and convert the h/t to something more conducive to your liking. As well, you're always well fit to throw the h/t back on in case hell breaks loose and Armegedon happens and your fully equipt with a nice h/t and s/t to roam the land.......lol

I haven't done the windows yet mostly because down here in South Florida it rarely drops below the mid 80s temperature wise so pretty low on the to do list. But something like this is what I'm thinking. Obviously not in blue though.

The s/t is actually a good fit, and relatively quiet. It was more of a general perception I imagine since he hadn't run the s/t. The Tithonus top has additional attachments in Velcro which controls the flapping nicely- I have no intention of refitting the h/t, as I see no benefit, other than a different unique look.

I actually saw Ken's Tith with the same soft top Dale has and it was a super nice fit and really good looking. So if you are going to go S/T that's the direction I would go in.
