Thumbs up Throw urban some love!

Greenbull told me recently that Urban Cruisers only had one review out there on google and it was a 1 star negative from a yota hater (as in yota guy that's a hater- not to be confused with a hater of yotas like myself). I have nothing but good to say about Urban and so should most of you. Let's bring some ying to that hosers yang. I just posted a 5 star review and encourage anyone else with experience to go post theirs.

With the flood of newbs coming into our space looking for advice, this is a first major step you can do to help shepard them towards the good business and away from the bad.

My first hand experience

I don't use google reviews...I prefer word of mouth. Although I haven't gotten around to doing a build thread, I'll show you these pictures since we are on the topic. (I'll let David and the crew's work speak for itself.)
One before (a very clean rig, in need of a refresh for the next 20 years). Two after....and you should see the new TD5 dash and the Puma lock and folds! We aren't quite done, but we're almost there. All thanks to ULC and David.

Google urban land cruiser, and then you should see a link that says reviews and shows some stars:

Perhaps the reviews have to be vetted before I become visible? I'm not sure. Click image for larger version

I've bought a few things from Urban and I have always been happy with the service. Latest was the Alu Boxes. Will post a review.

Jimmy, we completely rebuilt the suspension with Alive Tuning. (Springs, shocks, etc) although I haven't measured it, the truck does seem to sit a little lower. But all the new equipment (inside and out) probably added an additional 500lbs...so that could have a little to do with it too. Either way, I'd happily take an inch or two off to make the parking garage at work less of a nightmare. (I'm sure you know what I mean in NYC now.)

I'll be filling out a google review too, but I needed help finding them too. So this thread has been helpful.

Picked up my 110 from there yesterday. ULC fixed all the drivetrain leaks. No more spots on the driveway/garage floor. Really nice work. The bulkhead repair is excellent and they even paint matched it. They also replaced and rebuilt the entire front axle assembly. Truck drove home 300 miles with zero hiccups.

They were able to work my truck into their busy shop when I wanted it and were very accomodating with requests. Communication was good. I never had to wait any lengthy period for a response. Always an email within a day from David or a call from the office when I had any questions. I found the use of google for invoices nice as well as being able to see what work was done on their website via pictures.

One other thing I like about ULC is that they all like what they do and they aren't decked out in skinny jeans wearing flat bill baseball caps like whatever is going on in Cali. I trust their work and their assesment of issues with my vehicle when I brought it there were good. I also really like places that you walk into the shop/garage area first instead of going into an office. I'm not sure if that is intentional here or what, but I like it so you can see what all is going on and puts emphasis on the builds/workmanship.

There were tons of ridiculously nice looking builds there. Lots of guys are dropping some serious coin on builds and they are getting their monies worth from what I could tell having had a nose around the shop.

Thanks for all the nice comments; it means a lot to all of us.

Communication is a sore spot with us (really with me) and we have worked hard to get it back on track. I appreciate hearing that at least once in a while we succeed!

On the communication note I am in the UK all week pushing trucks out the door over here. Atl Shop is open and the staff should be responsive. (I feel so pretentious when I use terms like "staff" apologies in advance )
