Thoughts on these wheels?

Thoughts on these wheels? They look old school, but I'm not sure I dig them. Also, I noticed this a "low mile" truck with a non-original speedo, wonder if they're sure on the mileage?

Those are know as Rostyles.

Used first on early first generation Range Rovers and later on County editions of the 90/110. They were painted silver on the Range Rover, and limestone or equivalent on the 90/110

I don't know about the brakes, only their unreliability.

That's a dubai aka Saudi or Japanese Spec D90, so that is why the speedo was replaced (km to mph). That truck has been for sale a few times. The last time I saw it for sale I think it was offered with two sets of wheels/tires - those Rostyles and the normal ones.
