I don't know about the brakes, only their unreliability.

You are absolutely correct.. We could start a fund like the one for Kent... We could call it the.. Get the illegal wetback immigrant a defender fund....I'm in for a quarter... Nooo, not a quarter of the price..just. A quarter..25c...lol..
