The ICON of VWs

Love seeing oddball cars like this with so much work put in them. Oh if I had the space.

Saw that this morning. I have always wanted a Rabbit GTI. I could do without the chromed engine, but love the rest of it.

I prefer this one:
1990 VW Golf Syncro Country

I don't like the color but it can be painted.

My dad did not let be buy a custom widebody Datsun 280z as my first car.... because he said it looked to fast!
Then he said he had found a VW Rabbit at his job 4sale... little did he know it was a GTi and we bought!
Needless to say how much fun I had with that car...Euro model was muuch better looking and faster than the US model!
