I'm not sure it came through RMR. I know it was in Lanham for many years and maybe with OEX?

It came from Red Mountain. transport truck ran it under a short bridge and ripped the top off when it was being delivered to the new owner. At least that is the gossip I heard.

As the current owner of the CT110 that had its roof ripped up I am happy w the repairs but curious if anyone has any more details as to what happened. I got it from RMR and spoke with Dale for some details. I would like to know what happened between Dale and Roaring Fork before RMR as they only had it a week before I got it.

Shipping from me to RF was handled by RF- thank goodness!!. The G4/TReK clone had the roof damaged, and the CT just had the front plackard bent over the top lip of the rack- another 2" would have been traumatic!! I never got any pics from them, but that was the story directly form the buyer. Hope this helps Chris- how is the old girl doing these days?

Sorry for the hijack Trevor...

Hijack? Sorry, didn't notice, I was out in the barn trying to figure out which one to work on next....!
We live several hundred yards from the PA Turnpike and about a week ago, a transporter carrying work vans hit the Old Hershey Rd bridge. The first/highest van had a roof rack on it. Peeled the roof off that sucker like a tin can, which hit the next van and covered the road in shards of metal debris. Flat tires, other damaged cars from driving over the debris. What a mess.

Hey Dale, well she is finally back on the road as of Friday. 6 months of work due to that washer that found its way into the 4th cylinder and fused to the piston. During that time had some other stuff done swapped the t case for a 1.4 and so far is a joy to drive. Been a rough year though only had it drivable for 3 of 13 months due to all sorts of things. Some voluntary like the 200tdi swap some not. As of now though she's pretty much up to spec bumper to bumper and ready to roll!

Trevor,

That truck from OEX came from RMR from Lanham. I talked to RMR about that one at MAR a few years ago. It looked like it rolled off the factory floor at MAR 3 years ago.

Oh and you're a slacker. Get to work!
